Standing Out

Those who are different will shine out bright,
A radiance of magnificent might,
A sound so pure as if a calm meadow,
Like a rose so pretty as it will grow.

Wood and horse hairs on strings to make a sound,
The pitch is centered, all around is drowned,
A silhouette stands there, making its mark,
The one who stands out, who shines in the dark.

The one who stands out in this vast sound sea,
The one who stands before you, that is me.

So, a little rushed poetry and gross bleh drawings before I go to bed.  I figured I'd submit this because I've been drawing a lot of simple ideas lately, realized I hadn't posted anything for a while that was worth anything beyond silliness, and needed to get back to digital works.  I draw a lot outside of DA ya know.  And oh my gosh this came out so bad.

I tried to draw that violin as close to the one I have... or at least one of the three.  And yeah, that's me silhouettified with a dress because why not.  I've been doing this a lot lately where I draw something that would seem to be the main focus silhouetted and the lesser stays in color to give a little bit of a change in style.  Something a little more new... I think... probs not, but whatev.
